RAW Coconut Cookies Covered In Chocolate




Vaja läheb:

küpsise jaoks:

* 3 spl vahtrasiirupit
* u 5 spl kookosjahu
* 1 tl mooniseemneid (võib kasutada ka midagi muud või teha ilma)

Sega kõik koostisosad kokku puru-taoliseks ja siis pressi näppudega tihedad pallikesed. Pane kõrvale.

shokolaadi glasuuri jaoks:

* u 2 spl kookosõli
* u 1 spl vahtrasiirupit
* u 4 spl toorkakao pulbirt
* u 2 spl kookosjahu

Sega ühtlaseks massiks ja veereta küpsisepallid ükshaaval shokolaadiseks. Aseta taldrikule ja pane sügavkülma vähemalt 30 minutiks.

Ingredients:

for the cookies:

* 3 tbsp maple syrup
* approx. 5 tbsp coconut flour
* 1 sol black poppy seeds (you can replace them with anything else or just use none)

Stir everything together to a crumble-like dough and make dense little cookie balls using your fingertips. Set aside.

for the chocolate glaze:

* approx. 2 tbsp coconut oik
* approx. 1 tbsp maple syrup
* approx. 4 tbsp raw cacao powder
* approx. 2 tbsp coconut flour

Stir into an even consistency and dip the cookies in. Put in freezer for at least 30 min.
